The rest of our homeschool year of 2018

With many interruptions and new things we managed to finish our year (kind of)... So the second part of year consisted of the following: ( There is a lot we did)

Spring Started

 We decided to invite some real "Vikings" for dinner at the end of our Viking chapter for homeschooling.

 We had a Spring Break and went to Bitola and explored 3 ancient cities on the way.  The first one was Stobi!

We started to learn about Islam. So I figured this is a good time to learn a little more about the faith and I got these lapbooks from Imam homechooling.  About the 5 pillars, the life of Mohammed and also about the significance of Friday. It was really interresting.

So the year came to an end.... with most of our work done....  Our new year will start soon... and we will focus this year on South African History and books from there.   We will catch up on Maths and Science.
